Luge and WWW are great fun for adults too. Not sure if I'd recommend either for young kids though.

In addition to Abby's comprehensive list I also HIGHLY recommend kidzania. Was there not long ago with my friend and goddaughter.

Heard that kidzania in SG quite expensive, we adult go in take pic nia charge $52, plus kids $84. My friend ask me to bring them to KL more cheaper.

The indoor playgrounds in Malaysia are much bigger and way more cost effective when we go there and convert our SGD. You could even go to JB.... No need to go all the way to KL.

There's a kidzania in sentosa.. It has just been reopened. Such a lovely place for kids exploration..
