Then wait until she has been employed AT LEAST six months. Government sure to reject earlier as it smells like a marriage of convenience. Singapore tends to try to protect is citizens from foreigners (especially South & SE Asian ones) who are trying to find a way out of their countries and Singapore is the most attractive destination in ASEAN and marriage to a Singaporean used to be the easiest way to get here. After spending enough time in marriage to get PR & may SGC, if no children have been born of the union, most leave their SGC spouses. I've seen it even in my own extended family here (relatives, not immediate family).
