What documents do LLs usually need for tenants to exercise diplomatic clause?

Hi, we are looking to exercise the diplomatic clause in our tenancy agreement sometime down the road on the back of relocation opportunities.

Would anyone here know what type of documents are usually needed for us to do so? Would a letter from the company suffice, or do the LLs or agents require additional documents, such as proof of EP termination?

If you have exercised the clause before, please share your experiences. It would help tremendously.

Thank you in advance.

A friend did so with just company letter. Would think it depends on your LL.
