One pass to PR

Does it make a difference applying as a EP vs Onepass holder to PR? I suspect not but just wanted to check.

At this point in time, I reckon there's not enough data to really form any sort of 'useful' stats. Onepass is a relatively new framework. They will see how badly it's abused and then tweak it if necessary just like they did a couple of years after the PEP was first introduced (originally was given for 5 years), subsequently reduced to 3 years and made a lot more onerous as well.
