Is this the one that has a weird underground passage across to another underground car park below Peninsular on Coleman?
I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.

Think it has to do with the layer of paint on the ground. Still better than some HDB carparks that are entirely too narrow.

I believe they used to be connected many years ago before Funan renovated and rebranded. Not sure if it's still the case.

Yup the old Funan IT mall
Not sure about the underground passage cos that's a place I hardly visit after being able to buy most stuff online...But I did remember visiting there quite often more than 10 years ago..
Visited Sim Lim Square recently and the vibes also has changed crowds had thinned compared to 10 years ago and many shops were closed.

Yup, but underwent extensive renovation a couple years ago and is now pretty popular among the youths. My daughter dragged me there when little Caesar's first opened. Not the best pizza, but for the price it can't be beat.

Haven't been to Sim Lim in a long time, that place traumatized me. Some of the shopkeepers were really dishonest. Vultures.
