I'm trying to bring a Yorkie from Korea

I have a question about bringing Yoki from Hiteacuppuppy in Korea.
At what age can I receive the puppy?
Also, will it go into quarantine upon arrival?

The quarantine period is usually 10 days or 30 days, depending on the category of your dog.
Not too sure if it's advisable for small puppy to travel, might be good to wait out till its at least slightly bigger and had its vaccinations?
