Applied PR Before Covid19 But Never Approved

Hi everyone ,
I have applied PR before Covid19 or Around Nearby Covid19 Happens.
Applied thru my parents , my mom is PR as well
But it never got thru , Anyone had the same problem? What should you do?

That does not sound right. Did you follow up with the ICA?
