Hi all, about 4 months ago I applied for pr. My application currently pending. I add my husband to my application. Since my salary range not enough to bring my husband to sg so that’s why we staying in jb in fist place:) But now we have some savings for the new start in sg. During my application form I couldn’t fill the address section since I don’t have any local address:/ may I know is there any chance for us to get pr or if no local address no pr

May I know where can I find the local address is mandatory because I have checked all faq on ica website but I couldn’t find it
Secondly we can sacrifice but real reason is not want to save on rent. My husband is Greek and he stay with me in Malaysia with spouse pass. If Malaysia immigration do surprise check and find out we are not living together he can lose his spouse pass
Hence I was surprised when you mentioned you could submit the PR application without a local address, and the application is even "pending"

The answer is in the title of the acronym PR. It stands for PERMANENT RESIDENCE. If you are NOT resident in Singapore then no PR.

Actually I’m surprised you could submit the application in the first place, since ICA stated that it is mandatory to have a local address to apply for PR.
Husband not in sg is not a problem. My colleague had been renting a room in sg (local address solved) and going back to husband in Malaysia every weekend. Eventually they both got their PR, without the husband ever stay in sg
Understand that you may want to save on rent and/or stay with husband everyday. But to get PR, some sacrifices need to be made.

Your PR application will have a section for address. Which, if you don't fill in, you cannot submit.

Seems like you think that sg immigration wont do a surprise check on the local address here when it comes to PR application. Well, good luck with that.
Are you able to submit the application without a local address? If not, then it is a NO.
