Apply after 1 year of work in SG. Chance will be 50% for the whole family as they are not in SG.

If all of you are in SG for > 1 year and apply chance will move to around 80%+

Apply for yourself alone if your family is not in SG

You got a degree in biomedical science but working in a law firm? Anyway, you can just apply for pr and see, by the way, its just very easy for malaysian chinese as they dont face any competition like other ethnicity.
