Resubmission or waiting it out?

Post by TAMG » Thu, 22 Feb 2024 10:36 am

Hi all,

We applied for PR in Oct 2022 and the application is currently pending after 16 months; further family background details were required 6 months in and we also had a newborn son 3 months in.
As we haven’t included him on the application, do we wait for ICA’s decision whenever that may be or cancel the current application and resubmit to reflect the latter?

Context - main applicant of Chinese race, been in Singapore for 4 years+ on EP and European spouse on EP

Thank you!

Just keep waiting.

Even though you can’t add your newborn to an existing application, it doesn’t hurt to update ICA about it.
