Not very good chance Family ties dont count for that much nor the salary. There are a lot of top income earners working in Singapore nowadays, who also want to get PR etc. Your race is miniority so despite married to Singaporean lady, they will classify you under minority and not Chinese according to the race of your spouse.

My non-expat ang moh husband begs to differ. We got PR on first try with me sponsoring him, we have no kids, I’m not high income either.
