Here is the info for my spouse and I. We plan to apply for PR together once her EP/S-Pass comes in later this month.

Place of Birth: Colombia
Race: Hispanic
Gender: Male
Age: 33 Years Old
Marital Status: Married
Salary: 13.9k fixed monthly salary, grew from 10k -> 12k -> 13.9k. Same employer.
Pass: EP
Education: High-School Diploma
Work: Technical Project Manager for Broadcast Events.
Background: 15 years in my industry, 10 years with the same employer (transferred to SG office in 2019). Very niche skillset, only about 2 of me in Singapore with comparable experience.
Stay in Singapore: 4.5 years full-time.

Wife:
Nationality: American
Place of Birth: USA
Race: Caucasian
Gender: Female
Age: 29 Years Old
Marital Status: Married
Pass: Dependant Pass - Converting to EP this month.
Salary: 6k fixed monthly salary. Grew from 3k -> 4.8k -> 6k. Same employer.
Education: Bachelor's from a top US University
Background: Conservation project management, non-profit donor services, & wildlife crime prevention.
Work: Manager - Conservation Programs
Stay in Singapore: 4 years full-time.

A couple reasons not to get your hopes up:
- "Other" category, and
- haven't been here that long.

And, ask yourself, what's in it for Singapore to grant you PR vs EP?

Going to be quite tough for the first application.

One more point is you cant be sure about the fact that there are only 2 like you with comparable experience. Many in Sg can say such things about themselves. Managerial roles are usually reserved for locals. You still have a long way to go to get pr in my opinion.

since your employer can transfer you to SG office. they also can transfer you to another office.

No reason to give your and your wife PR
