I not lawyer/teacher/CPA.
You've been arrested? Law Society of Singapore can provide referrals.
You want an International School job? School website or http://www.ISS.edu
Your rugrat needs a School? Avoid for profit schools
You need Tax advice? Ask a CPA
You ran away without doing NS? Shame on you!

Yes. In fact, I'm guessing she's also done some reading of our site over the years as she had a good idea where to go and the information to ask for.

The only thing I'd question is sending the Letter of Intention on his 13th birthday. Mindef should have it in their hands "shortly before his 13th birthday" shortly is obviously up to interpretation but I'd allow for the time mailing a hard copy of the letter and sending a copy also via electronic means to arrive a couple of weeks before the 13th birthday.
