It will take anywhere from 12 to 30 months. There is nothing set in stone as to how long it will take. It is what it is. Each case is taken on it's own merits. There is no correlation on success or failure and time taken. We've see 24 plus months and approved as well as rejected.

Our application is still pending for 13 months now

From what I hear, most PR applications will be processed within 6 months after they updated the e-PR system in the middle of this year. But I think this only applies to applications submitted after the system update and…not enough time has passed for us to be able to corroborate this.
