Ethnic quota is low. Chances will improve over time, especially if she gets a job and starts earning an income, and you have children.

Do we have a slim chance to try our luck ? Or is it impossible for now?

Until you are married for at least two years before the application date (or have a child after the wife being here for at least one year from the marriage) I think you chances are virtually nil. Even if you tick all the boxes of known benefits (but not necessarily engraved in stone), with your nationality and the fact that your wife has never worked in Singapore, it may well be viewed as a marriage of convenience. I'm not suggesting that it is, but it has happened so many times over the years it why the other parameters came about over the years .(2 years of marriage, birth of children, wife also working here before the marriage, etc..) At the moment you are going to need a huge bucket of luck, I fear.

No such thing as impossible, but chances are likely very very low.

Agree. At the moment it would come across as a marriage of convenience, which is unfortunate but nevertheless the truth.
