Pros:
- Chinese race (you better have proof you have Chinese ethnicity in case ICA asks)
Cons:
- Nationality
- Marital status, get married is better and preferably to citizen
- S pass, get EP is better
- Salary a bit low
Does not matter & don’t bother including in the application:
- PR/citizen uncles. Extended family has no bearing on the application. Only immediate family (parents/children/spouse) might add some weight.
- Volunteering/donating. ICA never ask for this at all.

I think you still need more time to build your profile. Having read through almost all the posts on this sub-forum, i suggest you to take a look for posts by myanmar applicants in this forum. Your local poly education (not sure how they will view the private bachelor degree) and the claimed chinese race may be positive as indicated by the other post. However, the nationality will take a toll on your chances. If not this time, try next one. My gauge is that you may need around 10yrs of stay under your belt. May be your positive aspects may reduce this. Do update here the outcome for us to learn.

Always expect nothing; you’ll only have upside.
At the same time, always have a plan B… and maybe C & D too.
