Saw this article online, seems like a very bad case of termite infestation on the carpentry works of the new units at Avenue South Residences? Everything is already built in, not sure what the owners could do but I am sure the developers have given the owners a one year warranty? Did they install it before treating the wood? Sounds pretty gross.

In fact, I was rather surprised that during the launch the developer had quoted only $200-$300+ for 3 bedroom, it seems rather low for a 3 bedroom....
