I'm between jobs and hence, on a DP. New EP is taking a long time to come because of COMPASS etc. Is it possible for me to work remotely for an Indian company (I have an India passport), sign contract with Indian company, get paid in Indian Rupees while being physically present in Singapore?
Please note that the company does have a local SG entity but I'll be employed contractually by their India entity. While working out of SG, I won't be meeting any Singapore clients or partners, etc.
Only for 1-2 months while EP is in process. Let me know if this is possible?
