Singapore or UAE
I am Indian EP working in Singapore , Please advise What is the better choice If I have options to choose between Singapore and Abu Dhabi where later offers better pay ?

Neither are likely to have much long term potential in terms of immigration. So that's out. What's left is the job satisfaction, how much money you can earn and the kind of quality of life you can enjoy in either place. The choice is based on these parameters.
