I still have 3 months left in my current TA which is a HBD common room. I also found a new place (Condo) I would like to rent. I'm thinking to get that
condo and sign the TA because I'm thinking to bring my family to Singapore for a visit. After that planning to move into new condo at the end of current HDB TA. I'm currently a EP holder. Can I know is it allowed to rent two places in Singapore by law. Is there any issue with this ?

There is no restriction on renting 2 places at the same time. You can rent as many as you like but you will be liable to pay the multiple rentals.
Hope that helps.
