Hi guys, I was hoping to get some advice on this. I have been wanting to break into the compliance field, but not sure what I should be doing to get there. I’m looking at AML, financial crime. I’m currently working full time as a payroll staff. Been doing that for abt 3.5 years now. I have a degree in accounting and finance and a diploma in business management specialised in human resource.

Should I be taking a course in financial crime? AML? If yes, where should I do it? ICA? IBF?

Please help
