Stamp Duty still under our name even though we have left the unit years ago

Hi,

So we just received an sms from IRAS stating a stamp certificate is ready for viewing. When I checked, i can see 2022 and 2023 stamp duty was paid that was still under our name from our previous condo we have rented. We are no longer staying there and pur tenancy agreement eneded in 2021.
I have already contacted our previous agent and waiting for reply.

What's our move here if the agent /owner did not respond? Can we contact IRAS about this?
We don't want any issues under IRAS as the previous owner misused our names and put it in the stamp duty.

I checked in IRAS and it is still editable (change tenants name)

Sounds like someone is claiming the unit is rented out for tax benefits when it is not.
