In over 40 years, I have only seen one nicely done double eyelid surgery, in Johore Bahru , Malaysia done illegaly by a PRC Chinese who came to Malaysia to a cosmetic clinic to do it, The cosmetic clinic did have a properly trained cosmetic surgeon but she is not the one who did the eyelid surgery, The girl who had the double eyelid surgery even let me take a photo of her nice eyelid , she told me that 5 of her friends had it done by the same China surgeon and it was all very nice,
