Infraction-Car

Post by Haspersky » Wed, 13 Sep 2023 2:18 am

Hello,
Previously I had a an infraction of negligent driving which is a non criminal traffic violation in the USA. I will be visiting Singapore soon for personal reason. There is a question in the visa form 14A which asks "If I have ever been convicted in court of law of any country or in Singapore"?
The question is when it asks about conviction, does it mean criminal conviction or any offence? Should I mention all the details about the above traffic offence or I can ignore mentioning this.

Conviction is for criminal offences.
