Chance is going to be low. Just because someone earns more than 10k per month does not mean it is going to pass the PR approval.

My spouse is also a burmese race and he has gotten his PR approved in Aug 2023 after a long wait.

Just assume the worst… expect 3 years and then you’ll be pleasantly surprised when it’s “only” a 2.5 year wait.
