I'm Malaysian Chinese working as IT manager 110k annual salary and currently single and taking short course in NUS. I graduated for my bachelorin Malaysia. I applied my citizenship on Feb 2022. Currently stil waiting and status stil pending.Got laid off in 2023 Jan and got a new job in May 2023. Any way to increase the chance for approval like update my new company offer letter or other things that need my proper screening from ica officer.

Hi, You need to upload your current offer letter and any payslips from them to ICA. Just log in and find your pending application and upload the necessary documents.

If your salary is significantly higher, doesn't hurt to inform the ICA. That being said, I believe you already stand a good chance, as a Malaysian Chinese making good money.
