Skin issues

Help Help, anybody have solution to dry and eczema skin issue in Singapore. No doctor please...don't like steroids!

I recommend Cerave moisturizing cream. No fragrance, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic, free of any and all irritants. It's a little thick, which may be off putting in Singapore's weather, but it does a fantastic job.

Don't you just hate it when you find out you've been suckered by an advertiser! My spideysenses stated tingling when I saw it so I checked the IP addy and it's local but the OP's email address is a Singapore registered company name which I'll not name here except to say it's a facial products store with the name skin in it. Don't bother trying to reply to her as she's been blocked as a prelude to an advertising gambit.
