I asked the below in another section of the forum and got no response so will try here. I have tried calling MOM again and the I still get no response. The front line person I speak to is always unable to provide any information even after checking.

Other than receiving an auto generated email acknowledging receipt of my notification form, I haven’t heard anything from MOM confirming my new employment. I have tried calling MOM and each time they say someone will call me back but no one ever does.
What is the actual process after sending in the PEP Notification form advising of new employment?
Does MOM send a message confirming the new employment? Is there anything else I need to do?
