Who usually pays for the commission of rental agent ?

Tenant bears minimum half month of the rental if the rental price is $2.5k and below, nothing above $2.5k. My rental was $1.6k, so I paid $800 to the broker.

Yes, IN singapore no need to pay buyer's commission for private property but for HDB flat yes! Price ranging from 0.5%-1% of the buying price!
