bf local or not? best friend or boy friend? Is you current flat jointly owned with your MOM.You will have to divest yourself of your share if you plan on buying with your bf (now days we gotta ask as bf doesn't have a gender attached to it anymore). Most of us don't use pronouns here either.

Are you going to sell away existing resale flat?
OR your mother want to keep the existing flat and you go buy another flat with your bf?
What status is bf ?

Actually my post is to ask about chance of success SC application.
Nonetheless to answer ur question, I am a female looking to settle down with a male. As for whether I can still retain the flat which is currently co owned with my mum in the event that i wish to purchase a resale flat with my bf (husband), will see how it goes.

If your bf is a local and you marry him, citizenship chances are better.
If you’re still single at the point of citizenship application, it can go either way.
You didn’t mention how long you’ve been PR for also.

since you have applied 2 mth back, the only thing to do is wait.
no point we give a good % and you hold high hope and result not toward your expectation.

My wife constantly mixes up her pronouns, he becomes she and she becomes he… the pronoun police would have a field day with her. I suspect it is probably due to her childhood upbringing in Bahasa, which like Chinese, has genderless pronouns.

Ah yes, I’d forgot about the written form, but all are spoken exactly the same, tā.
