Facial hair removal to avoid shaving and rash

Hello. I am experiencing an irritated skin rash on my face after shaving, and it persists for several days. I have consulted at several laser clinics and IPL shops, but their services are not compatible for facial hair removal
Can anyone recommend a method for permanent facial hair removal that could help me overcome this issue?

May not even remove permanently with those lasers. I also tried pigmentation laser removal, but didn't even work despite almost 10 treatments, gave up spending money on these laser treatments.

I used to think, laser is it's permanent solution.

Have you tried Musee? I'm currently a member and they do many body parts.
