I understand that that fact that you are Malay Chinese gives you the confidence to say the last line indicating that your pr will surely be approved.

However, dont be surprised if you face a rejection this time. You will have to compare yourself with other malay chinese profiles. Your profile also has some red flags like age, short stay, family not here etc. Anyway, do share here if you get a good news as it could be a data point. Good luck
  • Malay Chinese and Malaysian Chinese are not the same
  • The property statement can be interpreted that he can buy a condo without being a PR too
