Hi guys. May i know what to fill in at 10.
Vsc or application number? Thanks for helping

You don’t need to fill in anything for that. Only sign on last page.

I sponsored LTVP for my hubby a couple of years ago and we always just sign on the last page.

If unsure, can leave it blank and ask the counter officer on the day of appointment. You can fill in on the spot. Unless they changed the system where you have to upload all the documents before the appointment date?
