Permanent hair removal for hirsutism

I have a PCOS-related hirsutism (with excess hair on my face), which I have to shave almost daily.
I have tried expensive IPL packages in a few different studios, but did not see any noticeable results long-term.
Now I am exploring laser hair removal. Pls recommend permanent hair removal clinics which can remove PCOS related facial hair, thanks!

Lasering is permanent whereas IPL is semi-permanent - effects last so long as regular maintenance is done.
