PR application pending

My family has been staying in Singapore for 13 years, and I have applied for PR for 6 times.
In previous submission, longest waiting time was about 6~7 months, and the current submission made on last September is still pending.
Is PR reviewing process being longer? Anyone has the same situation with me?
I wonder if there is any step between "pending" and "rejected/Approved" (like reviewing /processing etc.)?
Anyone have ideas that in 2023 how long is the average time to have approval?

Average waiting time is May be 20 months now. Range has been 6-26 months from what I have read.

I am also awaiting approval/rejection under sponsorship from Singaporean for foreign spouse since October 2022.

If any user got approved recently, pls help to advise processing time so that we can have a overview on this.

Normally between 12 & 26 months. It is what it is. How long is a piece of string.

Wait times are probably still impacted by covid-related backlogs. It hasn't been that long after all.
