Your PM function will not activate until you have made more posts. As it stands you currently look like a spammer not wanted to post on the open board like normal posters. We frown on newbies wanting to have PM functions as it smells like an advertiser. (Spammer protection). Once it activates, any complaints from a member who receives soliciting types of messages may result in the sender being banned.

In the future, you can just tap on the member's username and then click "send private message".

Also can tap the little speech icon in the stats box where your avatar, post count and joined date are. Last line where it says Contact:
