After the immigration border open and first entry on 28 June 2022 back to Singapore like weekly once or twice. Or sometimes if on leave will not going back to office.
However, the fourth time application is after 2.5 Years. Just wondering will that the fourth application keep pending till my maximum rejected period 7 months...

As you are NOT permanently resident in Singapore, it's doubtful you will see any success until you physically return to work IN Singapore. Also, you applications are too close together. ICA might see that as a sign of desperation, what with the norms being 24 months after a rejection unless you have major changes (not cost living increases).
Thank sundaymorningstaple for your comment. Perhaps my application will takes longer or keep in view already... The fourth time application is after 2.5 years. Just wondering is my chinese malaysian son will give additional point or not as Singapore need the next generation lol... After border opened I travel weekly once or twice go and back Singapore and Malaysia. Sometimes not going back in a week.

Are you drawing a Singapore salary and paying taxes in Singapore? At least that might help your case.
Hi smoulder, yes I do have Singapore salary to Singapore bank and continuous for 6 years is paying the tax to IRAS.
Right. As others have stated, you probably should move to Singapore and then maybe the outcome will be different.
Think about it - many Malaysians just have to apply for PR and they are approved quite easily compared to other nationalities. Even
Malaysians who are far less educated than you. That should tell you something.
Hi smoulder, thank you for your input, I was think of going back to stay in Singapore earlier, but my son have started preschool in Feb 2023 and wife teaching mathematic in the same preschool. However, my wife cannot drive end up I will need to take care of them. As foreigner to stay in Singapore too costly if son staying preschool in Singapore costing about SGD1K and above... to save the cost of living then I am like weekly go in Singapore for once or twice and sometimes not...

Was going to comment on that, there are definitely some applicants who have to apply more than four times as they have less appealing profiles, but a Malaysian Chinese applying four times in that short of a timeframe definitely comes across as desperate.
Hi Lisafuller thanks for your few comment and much appreciated your input. But the fourth time is about 2.5 years will that consider as desperate as well? Hmm… do you think like my case have a possibility approval on the fourth application?

No one will know does N time of applications will increase chance
Is depend how ICA look at ur profile.
I know a Malaysian family. Both husband n wife are Malaysian Chinese.
Husband apply as family with their 3 kids. 2 boy 1 girl.
Husband work in Singapore more than 10 yrs
Whole family stay in Singapore.
Profile Sound positive. Right
In the end also didn't get it.

There's always a possibility. But don't get your hopes up until you relocate to SG.
