No point in applying for permanent residency if you are not residing in Singapore. Also, not a good look that you dint add son in application ( assuming he was born by the time you applied )

Are you drawing a Singapore salary and paying taxes in Singapore? At least that might help your case.

As you are NOT permanently resident in Singapore, it's doubtful you will see any success until you physically return to work IN Singapore. Also, you applications are too close together. ICA might see that as a sign of desperation, what with the norms being 24 months after a rejection unless you have major changes (not cost living increases).

If everyone who WFH overseas for a Singapore company can get PR so easily, there will be an uproar. What makes you think you’re so special?

Be physically in SG first despite the financial costs.

Right. As others have stated, you probably should move to Singapore and then maybe the outcome will be different.

Think about it - many Malaysians just have to apply for PR and they are approved quite easily compared to other nationalities. Even
Malaysians who are far less educated than you. That should tell you something.

That's not how it works. You don't get to live here only when it's convenient for you.

Was going to comment on that, there are definitely some applicants who have to apply more than four times as they have less appealing profiles, but a Malaysian Chinese applying four times in that short of a timeframe definitely comes across as desperate.

Exactly. I will never understand some of these people, you don't get to have your cake and eat it too.
