PEP Holder; Average Director Salary

Hi All,

I've recently received my Personal Employment Pass (3 year visa for overseas skilled individuals).

I've been working as a Director for a media company in the UK for the past few years. Would anyone be able to share insight on how much I could expect to make in Singapore for an equivalent role (20 years experience, Director for 5+ years)

For context, as a PEP holder I'll need to make a minimum of $144k a year to keep hold of the visa.

I think you are just lucky, because, in a few months the requirement for PEP would be 22.5K pm
