ICA notification to submit family CV for PR

Dear All,

We submitted PR application for my wife more than 1.5 years ago.

Today I received a hardcopy letter from ICA informing us to submit details of my wife's CV as well as her family members.

In the letter was some links to where to get the forms from.

However before we could get a chance to do so, our domestic helper threw away the letter thinking it was thrash.

I tried login into MyICA portal but I could not find where to download these forms, only to submit the documents requested.

Online search for downloadable ICA forms also welded no results.

Try emailing ICA. I'm sure they still have a soft copy under your case!
