your stay in 2010 to 2015 not count into your stay.
Hence you only stay for 2 yrs (from 2021)
Duration: short
Nursery - local.. dont help much. as it is just nursery..

when we talk about local school. we mean primary school onward.
Nursery, K1 , K2 .. as long as that school has place. they will take in.

Nursery is not considered local school. As for your salary, it's undoubtedly on the lower end of applicants, and I'm not sure if your husband's salary will be considered enough to support the entire family. That being said, plus points are that you have children and are married.

Yes, considered short, but technically, it's still OK to begin applying. Anything less than two years would not really be worth a shot.

Is there any possibility to get any chance because of my husband? He is PR here for 10 years.

Unfortunately, not all spouse/children of a PR have been able to obtain the same status here.
When were the two prior applications, 2010-2015? If so, how many children did you have at that time (based on what else you wrote, I don't think the boy was born yet)?
Either way, if you've already applied there's nothing else to do but wait for the outcome. It may come through at some point but realistically you guys may need to think about what other options exist or whether you just want to stay here as long as you can on EP/DP (and the costs associated with that).
Best of luck and regards.

Yes. At that time, we are family of 4. This is my son's first application. We already bought a
condo as we want to settled here. Now thinking about other option, not really prepared. But I well received about cost concern from you. As you said, nothing else to do other than waiting. Thank you so much for your reply. Much appreciated.

Well, perhaps some additional chance with a boy on the application this time, but it may still be a challenge. Just my reaction but if you are unable to get it this time, it may be difficult to make meaningful changes from where you are now (never say never but also being objective). Although only you guys can decide whether to keep trying. Good luck.

Can help, but it's definitely nowhere near guaranteed.

Agree, it's important to be realistic. The one thing that's tough is that once you've bought a home, you really begin to make roots in the country which can make it real tough to leave later.
