thanks for response.
Also i just realized i need to keep 144K income as annual salary to keep PEP, even i'll have salary bump after my job switch it'd be hard to compensate the career break. I guess if no particular reason must to physically stay in SG during career break/job switch, might still better to find a company who's willing to sponsor EP. As if i do not meet criteria after getting PEP, new company still need to sponsor EP for me.
Not sure if my understanding is correct but thanks again for the response above.
