Basically, the title ^
If my spouse is not able to get the FTS-based PR, do I have to be concerned that one day the ICA could decide to not give my spouse/kids at least an LTVP (assuming that the PR sponsor will always be a high income working PR)? Thank you

You can never be 100% assured of anything when it comes to obtaining or retaining immigration status here, but on the scale of highly probable to highly improbable - it should skew towards the former, provided there are no black marks of any kind for all parties involved (even in the past).

There is also the Student Pass and LTVP option (for wife) once he is enrolled in a school (although subject to change like everything else as noted above).
Based on your prior posts, I assume the above is spouse and kid get FTS-based PR? If you only applied for your spouse, best of luck.

Thank you for clarifying, NYY1. That is correct: FTS PR for both wife and kid.
