PR chances

Hi All,
Please assess my chance of getting PR approval. I have missed my chance ti apply after highschool due to my own stupidity so here I am begging for another chance.

Age: 34
Marital status: Married 6 years, my wife is a Vietnamese NTU undergrad scholar (full scholarship)
Children: None
Race: Vietnamese
Education: NUS computing
Occupation: Senior Manager in Tech sector
Salary: 200k annually
Pass Type: Personal Employment Pass
Year of Stay: 19 years (came here as a sec3 scholar, arrived in 2004)

I am applying alone now because my wife will need to serve 3 years bonds before applying!

Hey, look like you are in the same scholar batch as my wife. So you should have received the invitation letter like her right? Do you by any chance still keep it?

She used that letter to apply PR during her 2nd year in uni and was successful. However, you are alrdy working now, so I don't know if this letter still applicable or not. Furthermore, not serving NS didn't help either. But you can try applying now, I think that is the only way to know. Is this your first application?

Also, I don't think serving bond prevent your wife from applying. My (chinese) friends could apply straight away after graduation. So better to include her in the application also.

Your wife does not need to serve the 3-year bond before applying. I personally know 2 Vietnamese who applied before the 3 year mark and got it, though they applied when they were already in the workforce (seems like your wife is still in school?).
