SG PR approval assessment request

Hi All,
Please assess my chance of getting PR approval. Thank you so much!

Age: 37
Marital status: Married (for 12 years)
Children: 1 Girl(8yrs) & 1 Boy (2yrs).
Race: Indian
Education: BE (Computer Engineering) + PGDM IIM Lucknow
Occupation: Senior Manager in Reputed MNC
Salary: 22k monthly
Pass Type: Employment Pass
Year of Stay: 3.5 years

It's a toss up, honestly. Ethnic quota is not very high and length of stay isn't too long either. Plus points are the fact that you're married with kids, and your salary.
