Waiting time could be well over a year. Did she apply under FTS?

Family ties scheme = a PR or citizen submits the application.
Vs PTS - professionals, technical personnel and skilled workers scheme = foreigner submits his or her own application.
Whats your race? Usually, the majority race has it a bit easier. Having said that, I'd say that regardless of your race, your wife probably has a decent chance as a wife of a citizen with a stable income.

Waiting time can go all the way up to 27 months, not just 12 months.
Pretty decent chance. Of course do understand that even having SC kid isn’t 100% guaranteed.

My thoughts as well, no red flags.

27 months is just the highest we've seen, could even be more than that, but typically it's far less.

Definitely stands a very good chance. Member of majority race, married to Citizen with a citizen child gives her a great shot.

Congratulations. Your wait is a little longer than usual considering the data, but at 12 months it is still very acceptable. Now you can make plans.
