ICA acts according to Singapore laws for SC. Refer to relevant sections in "Part 10 Citizenship"
https://sso.agc.gov.sg/Act/CONS1963#P110-
yeah that's mentioned in clause 129. There don't seem to be many cases of revoking citizenship for any reason though - presumably it's reserved for those cases that have really messed up bigtime. This came up in the news not long ago (though even this fella didn't get it revoked in the end):

The text in Wikipedia is a little easier to read, regarding loss of SC… “It is also lost after continuous residence overseas for more than 10 years if that citizen has not entered Singapore during that time or is not employed in public service”.

Like jalan jalan said, the actual enforcement might not be so strict (though we have often seen things tightened up over time), nevertheless… it is something to consider.

I would hope people read the actual Constitution instead of Wikipedia to understand exactly what is said. Things posted in Wikipedia change over time and often the wording is Wikipedia is someone's attempt to paraphrase the actual language. At times, the Wiki text is of questionable accuracy/interpretation.

Agree, but if you read the original it appears to give even broader powers and leaves a wide berth for interpretation. I think it would be pretty hard to nail down every scenario where SC could be revoked.
