PR Application Chances

No of years in SG: 16
Highest Education - PhD in NUS (bachelor from NUS, GPA 4.80)
Race: Chinese
Marital status: Single
Profession: Researcher
Salary - 70k base
Gender/Nationality/Pass : Male/Malaysian/EP

First PR application and pending for 7 months. Understand that malaysian chinese has a slight advantage but the low salary is a concern.

You’ll be fine, salary is decent and hardly considered “low”. I’ve seen single M’sian Chinese research fellows in late 20s get PR. You just have to keep waiting.
