<5% Until you have 24 months of consecutive employment under your belt here. Wait until you have renewed your EP the first time (usually EPs are 24 months [occasionally 36 but not common]. Then apply. Should have little problem then. But. If you don't mind donating money to the government go ahead and apply. Were you born Dutch Chinese or naturalized? If naturalized then all bets are off.

Hi, I’m born Dutch Chinese. Does having siblings who is already PR help to increase my chances?

What does it mean by donating money to government?

SMS means if you don’t want to wait 2 years before applying and you want to apply now, treat the application fee as a donation and don’t be surprised if you receive a rejection.

Having PR siblings has no impact. SC siblings, maybe.

You haven't been in SG for nearly long enough.

He was being facetious. and honestly, I don't think the government really cares even if your siblings are SC, carries more weight if it is parents or spouse.

In Singapore is a lot different than being a Singaporean Wife. She would need be a PR at the very least and preferably an SGC ideally. Believe us, the SG Gahment isn't going to bend the rules and have somebody break precedence. It's their ball park their rules and their ball. You have to learn to play their game as they will not play yours. Especially when you are posting from India.
