Dog ashes

Post by mary.newland » Sun, 19 Feb 2023 6:48 pm

We are hoping to visit SG later this year, we previously lived there from 2008-2012 and rescued our late dog from the SPCA. We would like to bring him home and scatter some of his ashes on his favourite beach. I can’t find a definitive answer on the SQ website, death cert required for human remains but nothing for pet remains. Does anyone have experience of doing this or know if I need to contact vet to get a certificate of death from them? I have cremation cert from company that performed the service. TIA

If this doesn't help, email SQ through their feedback form. For some reason, they are unreachable through phone. Horrible customer service.
